Returns a string representing a longitude value in decimal degrees format.

Parameters
object
An object expression that evaluates to a Longitude object.
WesternHemisphereLabel
A string representing the desired western hemisphere label. Default is W.
EasternHemisphereLabel
A string representing the desired eastern hemisphere label. Default is E.
DegreesLabel
A string representing the desired degrees label. Default is °.
Return Value
A string containing the longitude in ddd.dddddd° E/W format.
Remarks
If the longitude value is not available or invalid (that is, the IsValid property is false), this method returns the string "Longitude not available".
